what does the wifi scanner do? and what is the esp8266? can it kick people off the internet or something? I dont understand all of these modules and what they do. pls help
It’s hardware to plug to GPIO on flipper and it’s to mess with WI-FI … It doesn’t “nuke” people out of the internet but can be used to de-auth (close connection) from one device to one wireless/wi-fi access point as long as you are in range of it with flipper (local area network based attacks). Other GPIO modules do other stuff like sensor of temperature, light, distance and even GPS, etc … oe you can use GPIO to unlock senstry safe/master lock safes … or to read SPI memory, etc …
