Unresponsive Support (broken screen)

Hello,
The screen of my flipper zero is broken since january 4. I wrote an email to the flipper zero support on january 7. and I got no response so on january 12. I send another email that my screen is broken and if they could send me replacement parts for the screen. I still haven’t got an answer today (25.1.23) and I am wondering what is going on or If I am doing something wrong?.
