Since flipper gets USB-C, it will be nice to make hardware possibility for charge protocol testing.

You need some tweaks for input dc-dc converter which should get up to 20v input and some GPIOs

All this intellectual Power Delivery stuff requires additional IC as I know. Not sure that we will add it just for this feature. Right now we have enough basic USB 2.0 power.

Hmm, i will check about PD, Quick Charge was super simple

I think we can simulate handshake to trigger it.
