Most of them are completely fake. There is reportedly a payment system out there the Flipper can emulate. They are extremely rare and they donāt authorize the cards in a normal secure fashion. They keep the card on file and they donāt authorize the card on every purchase. I believe the system is meant to save on credit card fees. Itās reportedly only on certain college campuses.
Please donāt use your Flipper to control gates that you donāt own, you can get in A LOT of trouble for it, especially in Israel.
The news coverage of it thereās incredibly misleading as-is (claiming that it can be used to steal cars and clone credit cards, which obviously isnāt true), and doing actual illegal activity with it will only make the public opinion worse.
