Edit B/c i didnt specify. Received unit today, was not dropped and/or damaged.
Screen is entirely unresponsive. Wont display anything on the lcd yet the firmware will update in qFlipper and i can use it with the in app screen but it wont display anything on unit.
Oh no, that’s a factory defect. You’ll need to contact [email protected] for further actions (please attach your photos and explain your situation. also, attach the dolphin name and serial number if possible, it can be accessed by holding “down” on the desktop screen)
