WiFi on Low Power mode (STM32)

Do we need WiFi in low power mode when Linux is turned off and only STM32 is active?
No attacks will be available in this mode, only pure internet connection.

I’m not sure how to use it in this mode. The only use case I can imagine is upload/download iButton/124khz ID’s. But this sounds not very useful.

Need your advice.

I think we need it in Flipper for flashing OS through WLAN, idk.
No idea for use it in another way

Small list of ideas:

  • Cold start of main mode after some action
  • Is pwnagochi need WiFi?
  • Emulate device accessible if possible MAC changing
  • Remote control of some smart devices(tv)/iot
  • If we will have good programmer, why not to create attack tool, e.g. in Linux mode write small one attack method to stm flash and later have possibility to execute it in low power. Need other in new area? Rewrite flash & use only it with some clicks.

I don’t think that porting linux tools to stm is good idea.
