I cannot emulate because of my region??? How to fix this.
You cannot emulate certain frequencies because of FCC regulations. Broadcasting on these frequencies is illegal, so you can’t remove this limit.

But I’m getting it too, even with the latest dev firmware. I just want to be able to control my ceiling fan/light.
The firmware mentioned in that comment is unofficial and we don’t provide any support for it. The restrictions will not be removed in the official firmware, as I said, doing that is illegal and will result in flipper being banned from sales in the US and other regions with such restrictions.
We can’t help you with this, you can’t transmit on some frequencies because of US laws.
