I think it would be of use to have an option to emulate the UID only even if the full card dump is present.
This option would serve to TEST if the reader/system do care for the entire card content or is happy to have just the UID.
For example on mifare classic cards even if the full card was read there should be the option to emulate the UID just like that option is present if the full card is not read.
