I see that the 433 MHz variant fits within the 70 cm amateur band. How well does this device work as a ham radio?

How many Watts are available to the 433 MHz antenna? What is the approximate distance of clear, line of sight transmission from this device?

CC1101 Seems to be 10 or ~15 milliwatts, bit if someone knows it can work on higher transimt power, correct me.
