It’s not getting picked up with the frequency analyser… I’m guessing because it’s too low.
What are my options?
everything is very simple such a low frequency is not supported by cc1101
Is there anything off the shelf I can use to connect via the breakout pins?

no, this is just a crystal with a resonant frequency of 27.145MHz
there are actually no radio modules like the cc1101 that go that low.
I may be wrong but can’t the Hak Rf from great Scott go that low? As long as you have the modified crystal of course. I swear I’ve captured frequencies at the value you have posted. Mine goes down to 10 MHz without any issue. Correct me if I’m wrong.

HackRF One is capable of receiving and transmitting on a frequency range of 1 MHz to 6 GH but that is NOT flipper.
Flipper with modification that can damage the hardware and is NOT recommeneded at all will do on max this range : - 281-361 MHz, 378-481 MHz, and 749-962 MHz. Flipper IS NOT HackRF
