IR file format? what is the encoding for the "data" field?

recorded the power button from a remote and opened the resulting saved file in notepad ++

I’m curious about the data field and what the encoding is for the values

Does anyone have a pointer to where this is documented? couldn’t find anything on docs.flipperzero.one

Basically, those values are time intervals between a value change (from 0 to 1 and vice versa)
