Pokemon Go Plus connects to your phone’s Pokemon Go app via Bluetooth and provides many functions which are listed here: https://pokeballplus.nintendo.com/. Can we develop a module to imitate this behavior? There are already many imitation products that can reproduce this functionality, won’t link here, but you can easily google it.

Technically possible, but Nintendo gets really twichy about these as soon as you start automating them.
If its just press a button to throw a ball, that is okay. once it starts to throw the ball automatically, you are likely to have your account banned. Just a heads up.
People have already learned to rubber band the original ones for auto catching.
if you look for “pokemon go watch” or “Go-tcha” on amazon you can see devices that do this.
but they are 40-50 usd, so would be cool if you could do same with flipper
