Hello. Have the old Telematico Aprimatic garage door remote, works 27.195 MHz. How do I read the signal with Flipper?

You don’t.
Flipper Sub-GHz chip can’t go lower than 281 mHz and even to do so you would need to do some changes to the firmware.
Hardware limitation, flipper won’t go as lower as 27.195 no matter what you do with firmware because the hardware itself doesn’t allow that / can’t do that.
