when I read an NFC bank card ( business card ) , Flipper does not allow me to save or emulate.

What do you want to save or emulate? If just UID, read using Extra Actions → Read ISO…, otherwise - please detail what exactly and why do you think it is possible. You can’t pay with Flipper, for that matter.
