It is feasible for qFlipper to create an NFC tag directly to Flipper zero for on the fly tag creation or for more advanced use, to copy an NFC tag and edit properties of the tag?

Not in a way that would use Flipper as remove read/write for computer.
But you can operate it remotely via BT and mobile app, I think you can also do it from a computer.
I was thinking along the lines of something like NFC Tools where you can simply select a different record type and then the program only allows you to write to a tag or read to a tag. The advantage of Flipper is that you’d be able to do the same as well as emulate on the fly.
